Beginning Friday, February 3rd, 2023, I will be teaching weekly classes on Fridays, in-person and Zoom.  In-person class will be held at the Knife River Recreation Center (199 Alger Smith Road, Knife River, MN 55609) from 9:00 am - 10:30 am (90-minute class).  Zoom class will begin at 6:30 pm and finish at 8:00 pm (again, 90-minute class).  Classes will continue through May 26th. Cost: Free/Donation: If you wish to make a donation, you may do so through PayPal using my email: dsellestad@yahoo.com (the name "Randy" shows up and that is me!) or you can use Venmo (@Deanna-Ellestad).  At the in-person class, I can also take cash and checks.  Recommended donation is $15. Contact me if you would like to donate in a different way.

Classes will include the following modalities: Eden Energy Medicine, MELT Method, Hanna Somatics, Kundalini Yoga and Energy Medicine Yoga.
